About this website

The information on this website is for general guidance. Prices shown are monthly or one-time fees in Indian Rupees (₹) and may change; the price in your written proposal applies.

Advertising budget

Ad spend is not included in our plans. It is paid directly to the advertising platform, for example Meta. Video editing beyond the listed deliverables is quoted separately.

Results

We work to improve your enquiries and visibility, but we cannot guarantee specific results, rankings, leads or sales. Outcomes depend on your offer, budget, market and platform changes. Figures on the Results page are illustrative samples unless stated otherwise.

Client content and approvals

You confirm you have the right to give us the logos, images and text you supply. We may show your business name and published work in our portfolio unless you tell us not to.

Payments and cancellation

Monthly plans are billed in advance. You may stop a monthly plan with notice before the next billing date. One-time work, such as a website, is agreed per project in writing.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Magic Media is not liable for indirect losses, or for platform decisions such as ad account restrictions outside our control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu having jurisdiction.
